We know this time of year can be difficult for many of you in our community, another holiday without a baby in your arms or without a growing bump. Another year of dealing with loss and grief whilst everyone else appears to be living the life of their dreams with cute babies and bumps everywhere. You are not alone, we know how challenging it can be which is why we have put together our Surviving Christmas Guide for you.

Overall remember to put yourself and do what you need to rest and heal first, don't feel obliged to say yes, ensure you have a support person at events you attend, and listen to your heart. It's ok to put yourself first. It's ok not to feel all the joys of the holiday season similarly it's ok to feel the joy it doesn't mean you are not grieving.

2023 has been a big year for us all
Whilst we take a short break over the holidays our online communities and resources on our website will still be here for you. We've achieved some incredible wins for our community this year and continue to deliver our specialist support services to thousands of you that have needed to access our circle of support. We're grateful we could help to ensure you didn't have to navigate the grief of pregnancy loss alone, that we could connect you to a community full of heart, empathy, and understanding. That we could advocate for you in workplace settings and champion much-needed change in health care settings, that we could lobby ministers to increase awareness of the true impact of miscarriage and early pregnancy loss.

Could you donate to support?
We want to do more so we have an ask this Christmas, could you consider a donation to ensure our circle of support and advocacy work can continue on in 2024 and beyond. So we can deliver on our purpose that no one walks the journey of pregnancy loss alone? If you could give a donation to support our cause and other bereaved parents like you, click here
