Surviving the Festive Season

Surviving the Festive Season

We know this time of year can be difficult for many of you in our community,  another holiday without a baby in your arms or without a growing bump. Another year of dealing with loss and grief whilst everyone else appears to be living the life of their dreams. You are not alone, we know how challenging it can be which is why we have put together our Surviving Christmas Guide for you.

Grief can show up in many different ways, especially around the holidays when expectations and emotions are heightened. It’s important to give yourself permission to feel whatever comes up, without judgment. Everyone’s journey is unique, and taking care of yourself in the ways that feel right, whether it’s by resting, setting boundaries, or seeking support, is a powerful way to honour your own needs. You deserve that space to heal and process on your terms.

Support

Whilst we take a short break over the holidays our online communities and resources on our website will still be here for you. LiveChat and Personalised Calls will be closed from 16 December 2024 - 3 February 2025.  When we return our Peer Support Companions will continue to deliver our specialist online and call support.

Could you donate to support?

If you want to do more this festive season, please consider a donation to ensure our circle of support and advocacy work can continue on in 2025 and beyond. Your support will help us to deliver on our purpose, ensuring no one walks the journey of pregnancy loss alone. If you could give a donation to support our cause and other bereaved parents like you.
